Starting from the end of September 2020, eBay no longer makes the customer’s real e-mail address available upon receipt of an order.

Fastbay will therefore import the eBay  e-mail generated address xxxxx@members.ebay.xx , the same e-mail address that is visible within the order panel from the eBay website.

This address allows you to reach the customer via eBay messaging system , however, some messages may be filtered by eBay in accordance with the eBay member-to-member contact policy

If you wish, the module allows you to import orders with a random e-mail (see the appropriate option in the Orders tab).
