This may be due to the following reasons :
- The license activation request comes from a domain that is not enabled or for which there is no active module license
- The same license was activated on more than one domain
- There was a problem contacting the remote servers used by the module, in which case check with your hosting that your server is able to accept SSL certificates issued by X1 / Let’s Encrypt, if not make sure to update the root/CA certificates used by your server’s PHP with a package newer than October 2021.
Note that this has nothing to do with the SSL certificate used by your Prestashop website, it concerns an administrative task of the server where your website is running.
