home/FAQ/FAQ FastBay/FAQ Fastbay – Sync/A product with a quantity of 0 is still available on eBay, even though a sync update has been launched.
Ricerche popolaridebug mode, mandatory specifications, publish first product

A product with a quantity of 0 is still available on eBay, even though a sync update has been launched.

If you are using the ‘Out of Stock’ mode so that products with zero quantity appear in the ‘UPDATE SYNCHRONIZED PRODUCTS’ list, you need to set the minimum quantity to 0 in the quantity filter of the ‘GENERAL’ tab of the module.

Otherwise, products with a quantity of 0 will be synchronizable and visible only in the ‘UPDATE OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS’ menu (if the out of stock mode is active) or ‘CLOSE PRODUCTS’ menu (if the out of stock mode is inactive).

If the product appears in the list but is not closed, please check that the synchronization is not producing an error on the eBay side (in this case, you will find the error message at the end of the video sync or in a report file if there are more than 100 errors).

Also, verify that the product on eBay is not duplicated or ‘orphaned’ on the eBay side (disconnected from the module) by checking the association to the eBay item number for the website product in the ‘PRODUCTS’ tab.

In this case, refer to this documentation article.
