This occurs when the module is unable to detect a correct access token for communication with eBay.
Check in the GENERAL tab that the token-related buttons appear in green and that it has not expired:
If the token appears valid, verify the synchronization of a single product using the “FASTBAY SYNC” button within a product card.
If the synchronization is successful, proceed with the regeneration of the “New API token” by clicking “OK – click here to regenerate.”
If this operation does not succeed, ensure that the module’s license is correctly connected and valid:
In the general tab of the module:
1. Click first on -> SAVE ORDER REFERENCE / ZEN
2. Click on -> GET LICENSE
3. Click the SAVE button at the bottom of the page.
Then, try requesting the token again.
