This error appears because the eBay LMS system used by the module up to version 6.5.5 was deprecated and removed in April 2022 from eBay’s systems.

It is therefore mandatory to upgrade the module to version 6.6.0 or higher, which uses the new Feed API-based synchronization mode.

How to update the module

In order to receive the most recent version of the module you must have a valid ZEN option, purchased within the last 12 months. Should your support period be expired you can renew it purchasing it at this link, no matter if you previously purchased the module on our shop or on Prestashop Addons. Make sure to choose Fastbay within the Addons name menu.

Once your purchase will be finalized open a support ticket on our support area, support.prestalia.it. Fill in the order reference number of the purchase you just performed.
