This message appears when the module receives an error response during the addition of one of the products to the cart by Prestashop.

This procedure is carried out by Fastbay using the same technical methods used by Prestashop itself, therefore we recommend checking for any problems or errors that may prevent the addition of the product to the cart even from the e-commerce site.

Otherwise, it is advisable to carry out the same checks indicated in this article.

If the problem occurs with the downloading of all orders and appeared after the installation of a new module, please temporarily deactivate it to check if it may be the cause of the problem, especially if the module can interact with the cart addition / order creation phase.

Finally, consider temporarily activating Prestashop’s debug mode (mode_dev) from the “Advanced Parameters” menu – This could provide more on-screen indications about the nature of the error.
