It is not possible to download an eBay order as the message ‘No matching sku’ appears

This error is returned by the module if the option “Use product reference as eBay custom label” is active in “order tab” and a product on the site with the eBay custom order label as reference cannot be detected.

Keep in mind that the Fastbay will recognize Prestashop products from eBay incoming orders by checking the eBay custom label, that is always filled in by the module when sending products regardless of the type of synchronisation selected.

If the option “Use product reference as eBay customised label” is turned OFF (default), the module fills the eBay customised label using the “order filter” field + the Prestashop product id (ie: prestashop-4344).

As a result, any orders that are already on eBay, but whose products are without a custom label or with a custom label that can NOT be linked to products on the site will not be seen or downloaded by Fastbay.

If this setting had been changed while using the module, please ensure that you have downloaded any pending orders which have the “custom label” sent in the previous mode.
