This error occurs following a problem during the processing of data transmitted by the module from eBay; it may relate to a network error, an API processing anomaly, or an unexpected event.
If the module is blocked as a result, we suggest you refresh the page and initiate a new sync.
The module should recognize the ongoing previous task and allow you to resume it and complete it (or, if eBay indicates it as completed/canceled, to terminate it).
In some cases, it is possible that the procedure does not conclude correctly, and the message persists.
How to resolve:
Go to the DEBUG mode of the module; here you will find a “Clear job history” button that allows you to reset any blocked tasks and start a new synchronization.
