How do Prestalia module’s licenses work?

Each module can be installed, after being purchased on shop.prestalia.it or Prestashop addons, on a single Prestashop installation.

License activation

Module’s license is activated as soon as the module is installed and configured on your site and connected to the domain where it resides.

For more information on installation you can refer to the dedicated documentation for the purchased modules.

Test domain

It is possible to activate a test/staging domain by submitting a request on support.prestalia.it.
In case you need to change the license to a domain different from the registered one it will be necessary to submit a support request on support.prestalia.it

Domain change

License change to a new domain requires the purchase of 1 support ticket if your support period expired. No additional purchase is required if you own a valid ZEN Option or a valid Business Care.

Resale / license transfer

In case the owner wants to transfer the ownership of the license to a new owner,
for example to sell his own site, he will have to submit a specific request on support.prestalia.it.
License reselling to a third party, other than the owner of the order, is not allowed unless prior agreement with Prestalia.

Multi-licenses plan

If you need to install a module in a large number of sites, you can ask for the activation of a multi-license plan by contacting us on info@prestalia.it
