Below we provide the things to carefully check if the module does not detect any products to synchronize (Add New Products) :

• Categories are not being properly mapped in the “Categories” tab : The module recognizes the products to be sent to eBay through the *default category* mapping done in the module tab.
  Therefore, make sure that you have correctly associated the website categories containing the products to be synchronized to the relevant target eBay categories. More details about this procedure are available in the proper section Categories in our documentation.
• Invalid product quantity: The module requires that the quantity of the products to be synchronized is positive (> 0) and that the products are active and purchasable on Prestashop. If you do not use quantity management on your site, make sure you have assigned a dedicated quantity to eBay for the products to be sent through the editor within the
• “Force all quantity to zero” is enabled: Make sure you have not activated this mode in the general configurations of the module as it will “force” Fastbay to recognize all the products with quantity 0 (useful to “force” mass products ending on eBay).
