DURING AN EBAY SYNC I GET THE FOLLOWING ERROR: “You have offered COD (cash on delivery) as a payment method. Please specify at least one COD shipping method as well.”

You must configure at least one eBay carrier that support COD payment method (not all eBay shipping services accept it), alternatively you have to remove the flag from the COD payment method.
