If you use Fastbay to publish in a single marketplace (e.g., Italy), but you have the products replicated in other marketplaces through tools different from Fastbay (such as the Webinterpret program or similar), you still have the option to download orders in Prestashop.
This operation is possible by configuring multiple marketplaces from the appropriate dropdown menu (see this part of the documentation) only in regards to the “General” sections (token, account data, etc.) and “Orders.”

Each marketplace can be managed separately from the others, so you can decide which Prestashop couriers to associate when downloading orders, whether to set the download via cron, and which orders to download (in the case of manual downloading).

Important:

* During the automatic publication in foreign marketplaces, eBay will keep the same custom label as the products published in the main country.
For this reason, if you are using the standard mode via order filter for product recognition during order download, make sure that the value entered in the “order filter” field is the same as the one in the main marketplace, modifying it if necessary (if you have not made changes from the default, the order filter value must be manually set to “prestashop” for all marketplaces other than the main one).

* If you use cron jobs for automatic order downloads, it will be necessary to configure on the server the cron for each marketplace/country set up so that the download happens automatically.
