In this section, you can check the Standard Level and monitor a list of metrics related to your account evaluation provided by eBay for the current month, along with an estimate of the same data for the following month (by clicking the “PROJECTION” tab).
The data is downloaded and updated automatically every 24 hours once the module is configured and the “New API Token” is obtained from the GENERAL tab.
Monitoring this data is essential to ensure that your service level meets the standards required for sellers.
These metrics help reduce reports of order issues and maintain a positive reputation, directly influencing the quality of your account and avoiding potential penalties and additional fees imposed by eBay for below-standard levels.
